This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Mornings are best spent on either front deck or screened in back deck, enjoy your days on the lake with your boat in our covered slip or using our Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Board! Slow down in the evening with a game of foosball, air hockey, watching TV, or the sunset!. Great place to relax in wooded setting. Bath with shower and kitchenette with micro, fridge, stove, toaster and coffee maker. In ground swimming pool. Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small older TV and WiFi internet (Comcast).

We offer kayaks, floats and stand up paddle boards for some downtime. Put your boat in the water or rent one at the marina!

Our remodeled taxidermy turned cabin has two bedrooms and one full bath. Both bedrooms have closets. We have a full kitchen. The living room has a 50'' tv with digital channels and Hulu. WIFI is excellent throughout the entire cabin.
