The Caretakers Cabin-Trout Creek, Petting Zoo

There are 7 themed cabins and RV slips and 11+ acres to explore. Winding through the property is certified trout creek, a quirky petting zoo, fairy garden, hammocks and swings on and over the creek, giant connect four, chess and checkers, themed fire globes, BBQ grills. The property backs to the 580,000 acres of the Nantahala Forest in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains 15 minutes from town but still in the country Come join us in the most unbelievable fairytale land in North Carolina! 🧚🍄

Includes internal bathroom with shower. Site includes picnic table, fire pit & 2 chairs. Relax or venture out to many of the nearby area attractions. Excellent motorcycle riding, hiking and fishing. There are plenty of sights and sounds of nature to enjoy. Use of a common picnic area next to the creek.

Rustic Ridge Cabin- Firepit, Fireplace & Hot Tub

This is a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath one story home with plenty of room to roam on the 1.25 acres of wooded property. This is brand new furnished with brand new hot tub, gas fire place, fire pit in the back of the property and all the amenities for you to have a comfortable stay. Garden tub in the master bathroom for a nice relaxing time if you come without kids. 5 minute drive to Murphy, The Folk School, McGuires Farm and the Tri County Race Track. Plenty of room to park your trailer if you race.

Just far enough from all the hubbub to have gotten away from it all yet 20 minutes from town. Near Folk School! The property is a private setting abundant with wildlife like deer and native birds. The cabin is comfortably appointed and has all the modern conveniences. Pets must be pre-approve, please scroll down to read our house rules regarding pets.

Come visit our 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom cabin: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed and 1 futon. Located on the NC end of Lake Chatuge. About 100 yds to the water. Our 2 Game rooms equipped with: Ping Pong Table (No beer pong allowed), Air Hockey and vintage 90's Arcade console with over 100 games. 3 smart Roku tv's and fire pit for evening s'mores and gas grill. Please note this is an older wood cabin in a small town with the woods right in our yard.

If your idea of a vacation is serenity and relaxation, then the Deerfield Cottage is for you. The property sits on 12 acres, nestled in the Wayah valley just six miles from historical Franklin, NC. In the early mornings or at dusk, look for the deer that frequent the property. Often you will see fawns frolicking in the field under the fruit trees. A 100 year old corn crib harkens back to the early days when this land was part of a working farm.
