The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a majestic place to stay. It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. The house has been in the Clausen family since it was built. We purchased the home to have guests enjoy it. It is great loc for families to get together and have lots of room to relax and enjoy themselves. Guests with mobility challenges can sleep on the main floor.

Lakeview Cottage - Come Relax in the city of Sportsman's Paradise and enjoy the beautiful views of Clear Lake-Ventura, Iowa, with unobstructed views of the lake. Enjoy our home with games, two TV rooms, a large backyard, boat access, and a park to use in front of the house and on the lake. A short-term rental agreement may be sent to you confirming the policies and rules, which must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. The owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Iowa.

Located in a charming small town, Bayside Beach Home will provide memories that will last a lifetime!

Beach Barn

Get together with friends and family at the Beach Barn. The living room has an abundance of windows, filling it with natural daylight. The dining area is great for group meals, game time or studying. There is also a small table in the kitchen. There is a first floor bedroom and bath. Upstairs has one smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The larger bedroom has two full beds and two twin beds. The 2nd twin is a trundle and easily pulls out, on wheels. There is also a full bath upstairs.

Come enjoy all Clear Lake has to offer in our cottage on S Lakeview! This house has all the amenities needed for a perfect lake getaway! Public lake access is less than a block away. Have a BBQ on the deck and roast some s'mores in the backyard firepit. Walk 0.6 miles to State Park for a picnic and a swim or 1.5 miles to enjoy all downtown Clear Lake has to offer. The driveway is big enough to park your truck and boat.
