The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

For the cold nights, a wood burning stove and heater provide warmth and comfort, along with lots of blankets. A coffee bar and complimentary snacks are there for the taking. Cedar Crest

Cedar Crest is a nicely remodeled cabin while keeping its original charm. It is easy access. A few steps lead you to the deck in the middle of the trees... This cabin can sleep 2 people in a king bed and if you would like to bring your kids, the master bedroom has a full size futon. (Kids sleep free) For pet owner, the east side of the cabin has a fenced-in space. We recommend you do not let them be there unsupervised as a motivated mountain lion could jump the fence and arm your pet.

The Dusk House - An Idyllwild A-Frame

The Dusk House is a serene and stylish getaway located in Idyllwild. The all-black A-frame is entered via a bridge spanning a seasonal creek leading up to the wraparound deck and hot tub. The cabin features double-height front windows with upholstered window seat, wood-burning stove, two bedrooms with queen beds, full bath and chef’s kitchen. Cozy Lakeview Lodge is tucked in the trees and only 5 minutes from town! The space is cozy and private with beautiful views out of every window. Our property is unique as we have easy access parking, and a great mountain view. You will feel like you’re in a hidden hideaway. The streets are plowed from highway 243 straight to the cabin during the winter. We have 3 parking spots in front of the cabin. Only 1 might be available during peak snow season!
