Welcome to our adorable cozy hilltop farmhouse. This studio features a Cal King bed, a sofa queen hideaway bed, twin roll-away bed, full kitchen, fireplace, a jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Outside a dining table and separate sitting area with propane fire pit. This hilltop location provides total privacy. We are located less than 30 miles from Yosemite, Bass Lake, and Sugar Pine. We are less than 10 miles from Chuckchansi Casino, Oakhurst, Coarsegold Rodeo Grounds. Owners on-site.

A relaxing studio a comfy full size bed a/c , heat, full bathroom with shower. Hot water is on a insta pot microwave small fridge, fresh eggs if notified hot plate, skillet coffee pot and nature's alarm clock our rooster yes Captan will crow:) Tv and wifi. kittens. they are not allowed in home plz respect this. some guests are allergic. there our mousers. as well as guests greeters.
