Park Street Place

Park Street Place (PSP) is located on a quiet street in the village of Sharon Springs. Enjoy exceptional restaurants, little shops, and historical sites, all within walking distance or a quick, little ride. PSP is newly renovated and fully modernized, yet retains the charm of its 1860s heritage. Sharon Springs is a village with lots of character (and lots of characters), a nice retreat within easy access to other upstate points of interest including Cooperstown and historic Schoharie County.

Beautiful Farm Cottage & Majestic Waterfall

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Starhaven: Baseball HoF, Mineral Mining & More

Our guesthouse is minutes from the interstate, but you'll swear that you've traveled miles out in "God's country." Surrounded by many Amish neighbors, we are centrally located to Cooperstown, Howe Caverns, the Southern Adirondacks, Saratoga, Albany, Utica, and the Mohawk Valley (all within an hour's drive or less.) Enjoy a quiet retreat far off the road with authentic Amish furniture and decor and modern conveniences (washer & dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, AC/Heat, WiFi and streaming TV.)

The Stucco House

Upstairs private (isolated to guest access only) studio apartment with full amenities, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, large livingroom, washer/dryer and off street parking. Lots of local attractions. Near Howes Caverns and Secret Caverns, Iroquois Museum, Old Stone Fort, Vroman's Nose, Schoharie Kayak Rentals etc. Less than 2 miles off I88 exit 23. If you really need a place to stay for just one night or a long term stay contact me. I will try to accommodate you if possible.

Mill Creek Guest House

Truly a 'HOME AWAY FROM HOME'! The Mill Creek Guest House is centrally located, just outside of Albany with SUNY Cobleskill campus and Sunshine County Fairgrounds within walking distance, and only a short drive to Howes Caverns, Vroman's Nose Hiking Trail, Iroqois Indian Museaum, Cooperstown, Baseball Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Opera and much more! Spend the day visiting our beautiful valley, then return to a freshly renovated guest house with plenty of space to relax.

Lily Pad by the Ponds

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

The Grand

Fully renovated 1 bedroom (plus queen pull out) unit in Historic Cobleskill. Come stay in this 1800s brick building centrally located on Cobleskills Main St. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, art galleries, and movie theater! Just moments away from Suny Cobleskill, Fairgrounds and Howes Cavern. Come stay on our top floor, quiet, airy unit, and enjoy the area! (Must be OK with stairs!!!!)

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
