Private tiny house in a quiet residential neighborhood. 1.3 miles to Lake Coeur d'alene and DOWNTOWN Sherman Avenue restaurant/shopping district via quiet tree lined streets. Short walk to the 4th Street corridor. Please read the house rules. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults. No children or pets please. There is a full kitchen , large shower in the bathroom. The backyard is private and the deck is sun drenched in the PM. You will sleep on a queen size foam bed.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. This little home (762 sq feet) is located in a quiet mature tree lined quiet neighborhood with everything you need to stay and play in CDA! You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .
