Kid friendly home with large private backyard!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just a short walk to pickle ball/ tennis courts and a playground! This open concept home boasts of a recently remodeled kitchen with state of the art appliances. Tucked away in a culdasac within a quiet neighborhood (with sidewalks!) this home serves as a retreat away from the hustle and noise. This home is particularly well suited for families with young children as we have lots of toys and a fenced in backyard with a new swing set!

Come and enjoy while relaxing in Keg Creek Cottage. Right on Clark's hill lake, the home is situated in a nice cove perfect for swimming of fishing, with access to the dock for your boat. The home has a fenced in yard so your fur babies can enjoy their vacation too. Awesome outdoor area with a rec tec grill and fire pit (shared with the other home). Screened in porch to sit and enjoy the beautiful evening. Kayaks, paddle boards, and corn hole are provided for your entertainment.

A roughly 1.1-mile walk to the Augusta National Golf Course, Home of The Masters! This quiet townhome is off the beaten path, yet still accessible to a number of bars, restaurants, downtown Augusta and a host of other activities in and around the central Savannah River Area (CSRA).
