Beautifully decorated, this house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with stunning views from the master bedroom & living room. Inside, you will find cozy furniture and an assortment of board games for family fun. The fully equipped kitchen will provide ample seating making it easy to host BBQ's. Enjoy a private dock ideal for securing boats and fishing for bass, catfish or crappie.

A delightful/fun/cozy house located on the water in Clearlake Keys with easy access to the lake and wineries. I am a superhost and will do everything to ensure you will have a great stay! The house is located in one of the best spots in the Keys, very close to the lake where the quality of the water is the best. Choose to be at the best spot since the houses farther away from the lake might not be ideal for water activities. Book with a SUPERHOST, don’t take the risk with inexperienced hosts!

For family fun the home has a pool table, 4 big s teen TVs, 2 kayaks, a 4 person paddle boat, a fire pit, a corn hole game and hammock. Fish right off the private dock and park your boat and other water toys on the water or in the spacious driveway. Enjoy your evening on the covered porch.

The downstairs bonus room is a third bedroom with 2 full size beds and 2 twin trundle beds and secondary living room - the perfect place to relax with friends and enjoy the lake views. The Sunrises and Moonrises here are spectacular!

Enjoy closeness with all kinds of birds and wildlife along the way. We have water access close by for swimming or light water craft. There are over 40 wineries nearby, many with award-winning wines that you can only experience locally. Share a bottle on the front deck, as you watch the sunset over Mt. Konocti.

Samadhi’s Birdhouse is a quiet retreat perched atop a tiny peninsula that juts out into the southern portion of Clear Lake reaching toward Mount Konocti [Mountain Woman in Pomo]. Water surrounds you on all sides as birds abound. You’ll see pelicans streaming past; egrets finding their familiar ground; eagles, hawks, and turkey vultures looking down in curiosity. Deer, jackrabbits, and wild turkey graze together while melodic birdsong fills the air.
