Fish, hunt, boat, ski, swim, snowmobile, or simply soak up the sun and take in the view from this quiet retreat on a dead-end street. Fresh paint, bedding, and furniture make this little gem very comfortable. Great Walleye ice fishing right in front of this property!

Large (50% fenced) yard. Streets are lit with no sidewalks. Pre-approved pets are welcome. Additional shedding pet cleaning fee $50.

Full kitchen with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Has a Laundry room with washer and dryer. A gas stone fireplace graces the family room. A Large deck is out back with an outdoor gas grill. Also, a 220 Volt EV charger is available for your use

The Bay House - one block from Geneva Lake

Location! - Walk two blocks to Geneva Lake, the 22-mile shore path, Kishwwauktoe Nature conservancy, shops, restaurants and bars, trails, boat launch and the beach! Then come back to your cozy home with a fully-equipped kitchen for a gourmet meal, Netflix & Chill, or grill out and have a campfire. We allow dogs upon request. Dog fee is $35 per pet per stay.
