Many fresh seafood restaurants & eateries close by. Kayaks & bikes for use are available. Free parking on site. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine when you visit .**(Waivers must be signed for kayak & bike usage)

Quiet location but close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee, Mt Major, Wolfeboro, Bank of Pavillion, boat launches, & docks, beaches, restaurants, shopping, sking, snowmobiling, boat rides, scuba diving, biking, kayaking, leaf peeping!

Views of the Androscoggin River and the summits of the Presidentials are in sight from this 20th Century Victorian style apartment. Welcome to our beautifully furnished basement apartment so close to everything North Conway has to offer. If you like outdoor activities, then this is the perfect spot for your summer, fall, or winter getaway. You can explore endless trails of hiking, biking, shopping, and golfing that are all close by. Noise could be heard from above (7:00am- 7pm).No smoking on the property Including the patio. 2 person maximum. Apartment does not have AC, a washer or dryer, or a microwave.

The outdoor activities are endless, from hiking, biking, snowshoeing, alpine/x country skiing , golfing, horseback riding and tons of shopping at the infamous "outlet stores" You’ll love the cabin because of it's rustic motif, quiet neighborhood, and fresh mountain air. The cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, biz travelers, and furry friends .
