Guest space is the entire first floor of 47' round house with six foot picture windows which allow a 180 degree views on a private half mile on the Connecticut River. Extensive gardens, 30' private guest porch overlooking sandy beach and natural swimming vortex. 4 kayaks, firepit on river's edge, rope hammocks on riverbank. Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

With goats and chickens in the barn, wild berries in the fields, and all kinds of wildlife, the Berlin Trails Farm sits just up Cates Hill from the scenic Androscoggin - great for fishing, canoeing, and white water rafting. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of meadows, wilderness, peaceful natural ambience. We stock our own eggs and local breakfast foods! WOW!

We make off-grid living easy with luxury bedding, fresh bread and eggs from our farm, locally-roasted coffee, cream, ice, a hot outdoor shower (seasonal), firewood, marshmallows, battery-operated lights, and a wood-fired hot tub! Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Bear Mountain Farm

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided. Bring your pup!

You will have close access to outdoor activities at Burke Mountain and Kingdom Trails. We are right across the street from the VAST trail system, boasting more than 100 miles of snow machine trails in Lyndonville alone! For your first day/night, we will provide snacks and farm fresh eggs. Mountain / Gravel Bike instruction/guiding Is available!
