Get Out of Dodge

Kick back in white bamboo chairs on the wraparound veranda at this palm-framed beach house, then take the Bluetooth speaker down to the pool for a dip. A mix of mid-century wooden furniture and woven materials make for a relaxed tropical vibe. Sorry no schoolies bookings will be taken. Our home is designed to capture the natural coastal breeze. The wrap around verandahs allow you to open up all the doors to keep the house nice and cool. Our home is pet friendly with a small dog door installed. The yard is also fully fenced. It's approximately 10min walk in Coolum Beach and 15min walk to the dog friendly beach at Stumers Creek. The home has wi-fi and TV has Netflix. We also have a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs. There is a Bluetooth music dock that can taken down to the pool area. My husband and I are foodies so let us know what type of food you enjoy and we can make some recommendations for your stay. Guests will have access to the full house during their stay We do not live close to the house however we are always available on phone for any questions you may have. This is a family-oriented area around 10 minutes' walk from Coolum Beach and a little further from the dog-friendly beach at Stumers Creek. Peregian Beach, Sunshine Beach, and Noosa are all within a short drive of the property. Easy flat walking around Coolum Beach. 10min drive to Peregian Beach, 15min drive to Sunshine Beach and 20min to Noosa.

Our home is warm, welcoming, full of character, and a great place to enjoy a care-free and relaxed holiday. Aircon+Heating helps keep the house comfortable! Kids/dog friendly, 3 bedrooms, pool, lawns and a short 10min stroll to beach, restaurants, and shops. Our wraparound deck captures sunlight from dusk to dawn, and a nature reserve at the back provides peaceful views. We have created this beautiful little stand alone house to share with those who love the to be close to the beach yet enjoy some space away from the hustle and bustle of busier tourist areas. Enjoy the trees, some space and great bird life! The house is modern and completely separate from the main house and privately located on our property. It is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

Holiday only two streets back from Coolum Beach in this stylish beach house. Every room has been designed for ultimate holiday comfort & relaxation. The outdoor patio has a large day bed & outdoor dining that looks over the pool and courtyard. It is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or afternoon drink. Centrally located on a quiet street just 10 minutes walk to Coolum Beach is your coastal home away from home. A tropical Oasis set behind secure fences offering indoor/outdoor living and plenty of space for your family and pets (Up to two well-trained dogs are welcome). Year round swimming in the private heated pool fully offset by solar. Note: Pool is maintained at approximately 28 degrees from April to October and heater is not used/needed in the Summer months.

Pet friendly beach style house with a pool.

Inviting house with a large swimming pool. Air conditioning in loungeroom. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans. The home is in a quiet suburb so please be respectful of keeping noise down after 10pm. I live downstairs so please be aware this is not a house for partying.
