Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

HILLSIDE Unit - Direct ATV/Snowmobile Access

Welcome to "The Shack"; a new barn featuring three 2-bedroom units each with its own private entrance. Located about 6 miles from downtown Colebrook on 29 acres with a rolling landscape with DIRECT ACCESS to snowmobile (Cor # 5) and ATV trails (Cor # C). The HILLSIDE is a 1st floor unit that has a beautiful and sunny open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a walk-in shower and laundry in the unit.

In this historic bank building, you will find a beautiful contemporary design complementing the historical elements of a century old building. With 11 windows you will see bright sunshine, views of the Western most Mahoosuc Range and the northern White Mountains sunsets, our gardens and a rural Main Street. We think of this spot as a little bit "urban" in the Great North Woods.
