Family friendly beach house within walking distance to surf beach inlet and town. Equiped with bedding, towels, etc or can bring own. Porta cot available, but need to bring own linen for this . Pets are welcome, with a fenced yard. Please be thoughtful and clean up after your pets. BBQ in shady back garden for outside entertainment. Read blue folder onkitchen bench Min booking 3 nights Public holidays. Other times min2 night bookings. Check in time is anytime after 2pm. Check out time is 10am.

Surf Parade is one of the best locations in town located a mere 50 foot steps from the beach, an easy 10 minute walk along the foreshore path to town services, restaurants, and cafes. Our goal is to have your heart rate down to resting level the minute you step in the front door. Relax among the beautiful gardens and the beach track at your door step. Dunrovin, est circa 1945 is character filled & lovingly renovated in 2017 especially as a guest house. Well behaved dog's are welcome, no cat's.

Perfect for couples & also for those with well-behaved pets. Petbooking is required for all pets. The price is for 1 Queen room, if booking for more guests or u need 2 rooms, just add numbers above 2 , sp for example 3 guests and the 2nd Queen room becomes available @$50 per person per night. So savings as a couple or single guest.

You can walk to view the State Coal Mine - a piece of Victoria’s history. Walking distance to the shopping areas of town!

Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.

A bright, cosy, family & pet friendly accommodation in Phillip Island. 3 bedroom beach house, fully fenced, walk to local off- leash dog beach & Cowes town centre. Kids' playground and playroom on premises. Short drive to boat ramp and all tourist attractions. Linen/towels included in price. Free parking & great location! 2 min drive to Andersons Boat Ramp. Town centre a 1.2km walk, beach 500m. Very reasonable rates for the entire home. 7 guests maximum. Pets welcome inside 🐾

Short walk into town for all our fabulous coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. We love our dogs and welcome yours to 28, pets are allowed inside and out. Lovely fully fenced garden, lots of shade.
