Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Welcome to Dromana, the studio is 900 metres to local cafes, OT Dam bushwalking, mountain bike riding. 2.2 kms to Dromana beach/town centre. Short walk to Breweries,Cidery, Distilleries. Close drive to The Eagle, wineries, hot springs, golf courses, markets, restaurants beaches. Private deck, king size bed, bathroom. Fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave. Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
