Charlie & Roy's Farm Stay Berry

Charlie and Roy's farm stay is a family friendly guesthouse on an old vineyard. The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

It is in quiet horse shoe street has a lot of parking possibilities and a cute backyard with a typical lemon tree and hills hoist in it. We have decorated it with a lot of 50s elements to give it the charm of a glorious era of the Macarthur region. Close to all the main roads it is the ideal starting place for a holiday in birthplace of Australian agriculture. :)

Grey Gums is a recent owner built, eco friendly, secluded, unique cottage offering great value accommodation. Surrounded by tall gums in a rural setting, The light, airy house is all yours to enjoy on 12 acres with the kangaroos, wombats and the birds. It is excellent for families with kids or groups of adults. We now have air conditioning! We have just been hooked up to KV Broadband network with speeds over 40 Mbps suitable for video conferencing.

Our beach home is a modern, 3 bedroom duplex within a minutes drive to Kiama's beautiful beaches. It consists of 2.5 bathrooms, large lounge areas, gourmet kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar and large outdoor area with lovely gardens. The property consists of 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8. Bd 1: Queen bed with ensuite Bdrm 2&3: Trio bunks with single on top and double on bottom. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. All linen and towels are provided.
