Apartment 10 is on the 3rd floor with views across Bath towards The Ivy Brasserie just opposite and the Christmas Market stalls just below (November toDecember.) Superb 2 bed 2 bath Victorian cottage. Onsite parking for a small car. Newly decorated and carpeted, luxuriously furnished and expensively fitted to a very high standard with lots of special touches. Quiet, yet a short walk through historic town to theatres, park and river. Sunny garden, outside seating. Fully equipped dinning kitchen. Key pad check-in. We regret not suitable for babies or children under 7. Books, games, smart TVs, push bike and guitar provided.

Thatched Grade ll property in Ashford Hill

A detached, Grade ll, 200 year old thatched cottage in the small village of Ashford Hill, close to Newbury. My husband Andy and I own this one bedroom cottage, which has been carefully furnished and has parking and a small dedicated outdoor space.. It is an ideal base to explore the local area. Guests can visit Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), attend the races at Newbury Race Course or enjoy the walks in the surrounding area including Watership Down.
