Guests have private access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & garden. 30 minutes to ski resorts Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City & Sundance. Snow-shoeing/hiking trails 15 minutes up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons.

On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water. We are happy to provide it FREE charge. Don't border to buy your own bottled water!
