Approx. 7 mins. easy walk to the lovely Cowes beach via Thomsons Ave , and A quick 1min. drive or less to the heart of town, with all it's restaurants, shops and cafes or leave the car behind and walk - short distance to all tourist attractions. Close by is a great playground for the kids, skate ramp, footy oval, tennis courts, golf course, gym and ten pin bowling. - ideal for a family, group of adults ( max. 8 ). Very quite street. - single lock up garage.Parking in front of the Townhouse and on the nature strip - Lovely relaxing outdoor entertaining area at the back. Backyard is partially sheltered with a gas barbecue ,potted plants, Relax and watch the world go by. - stylish furniture throughout - Free wifi and Netflix available - large main bedroom has a modern queen bed and Ensiute. -Second bedroom has Queen size bed and baby cot. - spacious separate meals area with table which sits 8 with ease. - large bathroom with bath tub and Shower upstairs, which is great for relaxing or bathing the kids. - well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven,coffee machine, toaster etc. - living area has 2 comfy couches, 65 inch TV, radio,books and games - large open hallway entry - laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities - Split system air con / heater to keep you cool during the heat and warm in the cold weather. N.B. BYO TOWELS, BATH MAT, BED SHEETS - TOP AND BOTTOM, PILLOW CASES. BED LINEN / TOWELS ARE PROVIDED DURING GP only at no charge. Sorry but NO PETS are allowed. Also if you are a smoker, please smoke outside. We have a strict NO PARTY policy and only the number of people booked can stay, otherwise guests will be required to leave immediately.

Island Escape - Park the car & walk to everything

Welcome to Island Escape for your holiday and hope you enjoy your stay. Once you arrive, you can park the car and forget about it, as all restaurants, cafes and specialty shops are only 200 metres away. The beach is even closer at 150 metres. The townhouse is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, whilst downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, laundry, second shower and toilet and BBQ with outdoor setting. Recently been updated with new furniture.

Stylishly updated townhouse only 5 minutes walk to beach and 10 minutes walk to Cowes main street. Stunning views from the living area and main bedroom with the property surrounded by greenery, courtesy of the golf course to the rear and bowling club to the side.
