If not so ambitious, enjoy a day of sight seeing, exploring local beaches, snuggle up by the fireplace. Or, better yet, grab a blanket and stargaze on the private patio with propane fireplace and roast marshmallows. Escape to The Sweet Suite Retreat, a fully furnished 1-bedroom haven with private entry and a fenced outdoor space—all tucked away on a peaceful 5-acre property just outside the city. You might fall too hard for the peace and quiet. No farms, no traffic, just a sweet spot between Netflix binges and nature walks/hikes with your pets. 10min from the city in all directions for when you need human interaction, coffee shops, or more entertainment.

Trillium Park Place

My place is close to parks, restaurants and long lake. From here you are less than 10 min from enjoying a day at the beach, or the lake. Downtown Nanaimo is a short drive away. Use this as a home base while exploring Vancouver Island. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). An additional $25 fee per stay will be added for pets this will come as a modification to the rental and needs to be paid before check in.

Cottage on the corner

Centrally located! Your group will be close to everything when you stay here. Described as Art Deco meets cozy cottage aesthetic; elevated but with all the comforts of home. This is a 2 bedroom, pet friendly suite with full kitchen & laundry. Check in and out as you please with the separate entrance but rest assured, we’re right upstairs if you need anything! Please Note: This space is not appropriate for small children or those with mobility challenges.

Oceanside Escapes

Oceanside Escapes is a year-round destination, perfect for a romantic weekend away or an annual trip with family and friends. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is pet friendly (additional fee) and is available for bookings for four nights or more during the summer season and two nights or more during the balance of the year. The cabin is situated on two floors, with a loft style third bedroom and bathroom on the upstairs level.

A cozy, private home with large lawns and views of the Salish Sea and Olympic Mountains. Driving west 4 minutes brings you to beautiful Gordon's Beach. Within 30 minutes you will find Sandcut, China, and Mystic Beaches. We are 10 minutes west of the amenities of Sooke or 40 minutes from Victoria. Hiking, wandering beaches, whale watching, fishing, surfing, trail running, and mountain biking are all nearby.
