Lakefront Cabin on Lake Margrethe with beautiful views. If you enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, swimming, boating, or just relaxing on the dock this is the cottage for you. If you like trail riding the trail heads are near by. Bring your boat or use our row boat. Free boat launch about a mile away. Enjoy the sandy beach and clear water. We are pet friendly, but please do not allow pets to go into neighbors yards. Do not park on grass Summer months weekly rentals only. Friday to Friday.

Located 3 mi. west of the small town of Frederic, Mi, & situated on 20 acres of land, this rustic log cabin provides a peaceful respite from the hectic pace of urban life. The property is bounded on 3 sides by the Au Sable State Forest. Situated in a relatively remote portion of the lower peninsula, guests are virtually assured a tranquil stay. Whether you seek a romantic get away with someone special, or a lively get together with friends or family, this place offers something for everyone.

Bonfire Holler (between Grayling and Gaylord)

Live your life by a compass not a clock. Find your way to Bonfire Holler where you can unplug and relax. Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Cabin is solar powered and situated in the Huron National Forest a mile from world-class golf at Forest Dunes, 5 min from Au Sable River canoe launch and right next to Kirtland Warbler nesting grounds. Cabin has three bedrooms, 2 bdrms with queen beds and one bdrm with 2- XL Twin beds. 2 full baths with showers, full kitchen, outdoor screened and open porches, firepit and grill.

We welcome up to two pets, each weighing under 50 pounds. For your furry friends' safety and comfort, we kindly request that they either be crated or accompanied at all times during your stay.

Au Sable Busted Grouse Cabin

The Cabin at The Busted Grouse is the quintessential northern Michigan chalet. With views over the famous Au Sable River just east of Grayling, it offers exceptional fly fishing, paddling, or simply relaxing. Knotty pine throughout, vaulted ceilings and original vintage decor will allow visitors to recreate memorable trips Up North from years past. A large patio with picnic table and fire ring out front provides a terrific spot for enjoying time outside.

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby.
