Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. Clean up is underway but will take time.* Peaceful, private 850 sq. foot cottage set back from the road and surrounded by loblolly pines. Have this quiet getaway all to yourselves! Just 5 min from I-20 and 20 min from W. Augusta (31 min from the Masters course). Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, plus complimentary coffee, tea, eggs, and more!

Bath with shower and kitchenette with micro, fridge, stove, toaster and coffee maker. In ground swimming pool. Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small older TV and WiFi internet (Comcast).

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!
