The beautiful St Leonards Forest is within walking distance, ideal for dog walkers and cyclists. Whilst nearby sits the bustling market town of Horsham.

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Coldharbour Farmhouse is a seventeenth century thatched cottage. It is the perfect place for a holiday in the heart of the Sussex, High Weald AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Nestled in a secluded spot, there are many walks in the local area. You will have the whole house and large garden to yourself with ample parking in the drive. It is a 2 minute drive from the village of Turners Hill. Located 35 miles from central London, 10 minutes south of Gatwick.

Covid 19 caution During your stay to keep everyone save we will not be entering the premises until you leave. I will make sure that their is enough bathroom towels thoughtfully your stay.
