Harbour Road Hut Studio

Harbour Road Hut Studio is a break from the norm, a shepherd's hut unlike any other. Two minutes from the sea on a private road in the seaside village of Pagham, this cosy retreat has all mod cons, no compromise on comfort or style here. Outside is a shingle yard complete with a fire pit, lounge chairs and a patio set, perfect for outdoor dining; a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Harbour Road Hut is ideal for one or two, for a few nights, a long weekend or blissful extended stay.

The Shed of the Setting Sun

Situated at the end of a 50 foot garden, on the edge of marshland, is the shed. It is a prime spot to watch the sun setting, bird watching, meditating or simply relaxing and taking in the outdoors. Access to the house will be available for use of the kitchen and toilet/shower. A seperate entrance with padlocked gate is available, and yale lock on the shed door. A small bbq/utensils will be provided, and a fire pit. (please purchase your own bbq coals and seasoned firewood). 12v solar lights

Shops, the Thames, Chilterns Hills & 30 eateries (inc Hand & Flowers & The Ivy) within a 5 min walk! Nespresso, fridge-freezer, toaster and microwave in separate kitchenette area. Cot available. Comfortable space for four people can accommodate six. One king size bed. Two x 2’6” beds that can be made as a double on request, a 4ft pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. Travel cot/high chair available. Caravan is of Platinum standard (Park Holidays grading). Gated outdoor deck and seating catching the sun all day. Heated indoor swimming pool, steam room/jacuzzi. Gymnasium (passes not included in your booking fee). All dog friendly. Free to use. Close to beach. Disabled access.

Exclusive hire of private campsite-Huge Bell tents

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. If you value nature and your own space then this is for you. Home comforts (beds with fitted mattresses, electricity/charging points, fridges, showers, bedding and towels provided) add a level of enjoyment to the camping experience. Your booking provides sole use of the facilities with full privacy (with the hosts being a 5 minute walk away and on hand if you have any questions or requests). Children can enjoy collecting eggs on request.

Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful flower meadow. Each tent has kingsize airbed and two singles if required, all fitted with duvet, pillows and bed linen; two chairs and a mat for use in or outside. Quiet area with four other bell tents. Shared use of shower, wash basins, portaloo, camp kitchen with sink and kettle, tables and chairs. Outside spaces for children to play in and a big sky to watch the clouds drift by, the sun rise and the stars twinkle as you relax

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
