You are walking distance to Northeast attractions and only 2.5 miles to the center of downtown.

Located only 3 miles from the heart of downtown, you will have the ease of transportation and convenience with a neighborhood feel. You will feel comfortable with the privacy of your own bedroom and living space located in the basement of my home with a private entrance where you will not be disturbed. For your enjoyment is a clean one bedroom apartment in my home. It has its own private entrance, reserved parking, a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaker tub and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom is a king sized bed and a smart TV connected to the internet for your use. The home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Within blocks of the house, there are restaurants, shops and several grocery stores.

Newly remodeled in 2024 private living space including 1 bedroom, living room, full bathroom and a small kitchenette (all private, not shared), with basics for a traveler: minifridge, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker (K-cup), toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and a sink. To reach the suite, guests enter through common entrance and the suite is on main level. (only need to climb 5 stairs to the house entrance)
