There is also covered parking for one vehicle as well as space for up to 4 cars.

You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community.

We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. Amazing views from this home from almost every spot. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. The Pickin' Park Cottage - Mountain View, AR

Stroll to the Mountain View Pickin' Park and Square or just sit on the covered porch and enjoy a few tunes. If you like music, this is the place to stay. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house has three bedrooms and a study with a full size sofa bed and memory foam mattress pad.
