Quaint apartment with a relaxing atmosphere

Its located in historical down town Adel. Brick streets along with small shops for a unique shopping experience. Bike trails, fishing amentities close by. Small town with plenty of personality. Its keyless coded entry so no waiting to be let in. Makes for easy check-ins. Wifi available. Pets welcome if potty trained, okay with strangers, non-destructive. And must be in a kennel if left alone for a long period of time. The apartment is professionally cleaned immediately following departure.

Small Town Charmer

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Located 1 mile from Interstate 80 in the town of De Soto, a quiet community within a 20 minute drive or less to various towns, including Earlham, Winterset, Stuart, and Adel. West Des Moines and Des Moines are 20-25 minutes. Sleeping arrangements: Upper level: Two bedrooms, 1 king bed & 1 queen bed, 1 full bathroom Main level: 1 bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 bathroom with tub *Queen sized air mattress available

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

Walkable to all of Adel's restaurants, businesses, and parks; and across the road from beautiful bike trails and the raccoon river, a perfect spot for fishing! Fenced in yard, patio, and fire pit on property. Great quaint location right outside of the Waukee/West Des Moines and 25 minutes from Downtown action! Welcome!
