Beaver Dam Bungalow is our place of tranquility & activity. Secluded, yet very short walk to town shops & restaurants, Appalachian Trail, town park, bikes shops/shuttles and Virginia Creeper Trail. Our Bungalow is actually over 2,000 square feet. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living areas, fenced yard on all 4 sides, front porch, two decks & the soothing sound of Beaver Dam Creek, you'll have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for making memories with your family and friends.

Enjoy a quiet country setting just 10 minutes from downtown Abingdon and the Virginia Creeper Trail, 20 minutes to the Appalachian Trail, 30 minutes to downtown Bristol. The unit includes the entire main floor of the home with bedroom, bath, living room, full kitchen and laundry room. Visit Damascus or Abingdon and see all the wonderful things offered in these unique towns in the Virginia Highlands.

The Bluebird and Finch Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space looking out into the pasture and woodlands at deer passing through, cows looking in and other wildlife. And there really is quite a lot of bluebirds and finch to see in the spring and summer! Expect the coziness of the fireplace to wrap around you in the cool of the fall and snow of the winter.
