Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Many different places at the location to enjoy that inspire you to swim, relax and cook and eat outdoors. Wood-fired sauna for up to 8 people. Ett modernt, välplanerat och välutrustat hus (från 2021) i två plan (38kvm) med havet utanför. Magisk utsikt genom generösa fönsterpartier i söderläge. Stor terass med tak och grill. Genomgående naturmaterial i avskalad nordisk stil som suddar ut gränsen mellan ute och inne. Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!

Idyllic beachfront near Stockholm city

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. BBQ evenings at sunset on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the deck are some of the favourite things with our accommodation. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

Cottage by the sea

Unik stuga i vattenbrynet. Ljus nordisk stil med idel naturmaterial. Genom de stora fönstren ser du citypulsen på andra sidan sjön. Morgondoppet tar du på den egna brygga och frukosten avnjutes på randen till Saltjsön när vädret tillåter. M/S Kung Ring tar dig till Ropsten och vidare in till city. Inom 20 minuter är du på Stureplan. Efter en match på Tranholmens förstklassiga tennisbana är en bastu och bad i Saltjön stärkande.

A fantastic house for the large family or families travelling together in Stockholm's best and wealthiest area. The open, light luxury villa holds anything you would look for. As a large swimmingpool, outside Jacuzzi, Indoor Jacuzzi, fireplaces, large indoor and outside seating areas and yet only 10 minutes from Stockholm city center.
