WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! Welcome to Casa de la Luz. We are centrally located in Kill Devil Hills & have quick access to both the ocean & sound. We’ve created this two-bedroom upstairs apartment as a place for couples, remote workers, families & friends seeking some quiet space to rejuvenate & unwind. The octagon shape has been a symbolic architectural theme representing regeneration, rebirth & renewal. Come stay with us to relax & unwind in this unique Outer Banks gem ready for you to enjoy & have fun at the beach.

Treetop Beach Suite

This is a two room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or small family (additional charges applied after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

The Vitamin Sea Retreat

The Vitamin Sea is a studio apartment located on the ground level of our primary house. It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway.The unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's less than 1 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15-20min depending on pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We live upstairs- a family of 3, our son is 6 &a mini goldendoodle-Skye

Harmony Hut

Welcome to the Harmony Hut on the beautiful Outer Banks. We are centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. Less than a half mile to the beach and only several blocks to the sound. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are all close by. There are bikes available in the shed out back to take a pleasant evening ride. After a long day on the beach, enjoy the private shower out back. I've lived on the beach for nearly 30 years. If you have any questions, just ask!

We are a friendly, active family looking to make your stay on the Outer Banks as enjoyable as possible.
