Barford is a picturesque village with two pubs, regular bus service, community shop and excellent park & playing fields. The Studio would make a wonderful stay for anyone. The Studio has MESH wifi, wide selection of t.v. and films (Amazon Prime/Movies, Netflix and SKY free view) & an Amazon Echo.

THE OLD SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Old Sunday School is in the grounds of a Grade-II listed Georgian rectory, opposite a medieval church. It has been newly converted and refurbished in an open-plan contemporary style, and finished to a very high specification. It has a private entrance and garden and patio area. Guests have access to the hosts' seven-acre landscaped garden in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the summer months [MAY-mid SEPTEMBER] guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool with the owners.

The townhouse is located on a quiet residential one way street. Oakham has stunning historical architecture, i.e a castle, quaint independent shops, pubs and restaurants are moments from the door. A short walk from the railway station. It is ideal for couples or families. A short drive is Rutland Water and is the largest man made lake in Europe 26 miles circumference and hosts many outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling and bird watching.
