Rustic Riverside Cabin

Set in a 12 acre riverside meadow, this Cosy Rustic Cabin offers spacious relaxation whatever the weather! Snuggle up in front of the fire with your feet up, or pop outside for a dip in our new wood fired hot tub! As we're 100% off-grid, this is the perfect place to disconnect, go for a swim in the heart of the River Avon which meanders around the edge of the field, cook up some nice food on the BBQ outside, or take a leisure walk to the excellent farm shop & local pub where dog's are welcome!

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Wild Thyme Log Cabin with Private Hot Tub

This beautifully crafted log cabin with its own hot tub is perfect for all seasons, 17x12 feet. It is fully insulated and heated. Cosy duvet, crisp linen, towels, table and throws are all provided. Within the cabin there is a fridge, toaster and kettle, and next to the cabin there is a covered kitchen area with a gas BBQ, stove, pizza stone and sink with drinking water. There is Wi-Fi, books and games. You have a private eco loo next to the cabin and a private luxury bathroom about 25m away.

Apple tree lodge

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, in the heart of Wootton village. Close to the local pub that serves great food with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . We are a lively and accepting neurodivergent, home educating family. Nestled in the countryside, our insulated off-grid cabin is perfect for two. Enjoy a comfortable double bed, wood burner, gas stovetop, solar lights, separate composting toilet, and outdoor hot/cold shower. Embrace a digital detox with no technology or Wi-Fi. Located in a private field on a working farm, it offers a peaceful reset. Ideal for romantic getaways, nature enthusiasts, and off-grid adventures.

Hare's Folly, Off Grid Lodge with private Hot Tub

Hare's Folly is an off-grid eco Log House, it is one of two (Owls Rest) quiet and idyllic self catering holiday accommodation situated on our 250 acre Farm Estate which sits on the banks of Sulby Reservoir in the heart of the Great British countryside. Enjoy picturesque views, beautiful sunsets and an abundance of Wildlife from the Hot Tub. This log houses and its Hot Tub is totally private and are accessed by hard farm tracks with electric field gates via Park Farm.

Greylag Cabin at Marston Lodge

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).

Springfield Cabin

Springfield Cabin is located on our working farm within the village of Wilbarston on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border. Built entirely by the hosts, this space aims to offer a welcome retreat for couples seeking a countryside experience or a place to relax. The cabin sits in a private area, has its own wood-fired hot tub, and overlooks the farm’s fields.
