You need your own towels Our caravan is refurbished, equipped for a family break @ the award winning Haven Devon Cliffs holiday park. Too small for more than 4 adults, perfect for families. Great for exploring the area too, with a private beach + many kid facilities Prices have risen as my cleaning costs have increased to inc laundry. I also need to cover increased site fees/my van is one of the most expensive pitches.

Welcome to 1 The Haven - spacious studio with kitchen and separate shower room. Enjoy stunning sea views across the gardens from your room or from outdoor seating. Take a swim in our award winning, heated, indoor private pool, enjoy our steam room - open 8am to 8pm daily. Guests take turns to have private, sole use. Easy access to S W coast path, village and beach. This is 1 of 2 studios on the ground floor of our home, 2 The Haven also available or book both! 2022 prices held for 2025!

Lovely static caravan, on the Golden Sands holiday resort in Dawlish. Double glazed and central heated, this caravan offers a large open plan living space, with fully equipped kitchen, along with 3 bedrooms, toilet and shower room. Beautiful views in all directions, and only a short walk to the beach. The park itself has many modern facilities, including a newly refurbished club house, indoor/outdoor pool, dog walking fields and more. (Park facilities pass can be purchased on site)

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

The caravan itself is very spacious with an electric fireplace, gas central heating and full kitchen. Situated in Dawlish Warren, there is plenty to do nearby, from dog walks or the adventure park for children. There is also an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse on the caravan site, so something to do for everyone!
