Drovers Halt, Ash, nr Sandwich

Immerse yourself for a relaxing and fun break in the Kent countryside. Drovers Halt is a totally rebuilt c1915 Living Van which was rescued from a local farm. The whole restoration was carried out to a high and imaginative standard by your host. Cosy, vintage and bespoke are very much the themes for this exciting location together with its adjacent purpose built hut which comprises the kitchen, breakfast bar, WC and shower room. This is the perfect place to unwind and recharge your batteries.

Romantic countryside hideaway

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Wagtail Cottage a little gem overlooking the river

Set in the heart of 'Old Canterbury' this newly renovated and extended little cottage is truly the best of both worlds, being completely original 19th Century outside, but completely re-built and re-equipped inside. Ideal for single or couple occupancy, absolutely everything inside is brand new, including oak floors with underfloor heating downstairs, stylish 'Reina Design' radiators upstairs, and the latest 'Accoya' double glazing and doors to keep you cozy throughout the year!

Beach Hut with Large Deck on Tankerton Slopes

NO OVERNIGHT STAYS - THIS IS FOR DAYTIME USE ONLY. Occupancy 9am to 9pm on check in day only. These times can be altered to your preference within the 12 hour frame as long as we are told 24/48 hours beforehand. You will have full access to the hut all days you rent it but you are permitted to leave for the night. PSA: We do not provide towels due to quick turn arounds during the busy summer. Nor do we provide a speaker.

HOPE COTTAGE - contemporary and comfortable

Hope Cottage was fully renovated to a high standard by the current owner. It has a fully open plan living dining kitchen area opening out on to a south facing garden and is within a 2 minute walk from Harbour Streets stylish shops and bars and close to the Beach. The house sleeps 5 comfortably, but the bed in front room does fold out to a double, but there is not much space left in room.

Centrally located and close to the beach. This is a great hub for a couple or small family. It has everything you need from a 2 person bath tub, a walk in shower, coffee machine to a private patio.
