Beautiful Treeview Cottage a short walk to Decatur

Enjoy our cozy carriage house apartment nestled among the trees & filled with gorgeous natural light. This 2nd story apartment was built in 2021 with dark oak floors, bright quartz countertops, and a mixture of modern and vintage furniture. Art throughout the apartment was created by picture book illustrators. The appliances are all new including a dishwasher and a combo washer/dryer unit. Abundant street parking is available and this home is located just half a mile from downtown Decatur.

Less than a mile from Decatur square, this separate 1-BR apartment sits above the 2-car garage on a huge private lot. At 650+ sq ft it features a separate bedroom, a sitting room (with fold-out sofa), 1 full bath and a large kitchen with dining area. Most importantly, it is a completely separate structure, has its own outdoor deck (with sitting area for four and gas grill), and is extremely private and quiet.
