Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

This private cruiser has a sleeping arrangements for up to six people and is a spacious 12 meter houseboat. Gelegen aan het kraakheldere water van de Vinkeveense Plassen vind je hier zowel in de zomer als in de winter rust en plezier voor het hele gezin. Verken de natuurrijke omgeving per boot, fiets of te voet. Peddel na het bbq'en een rondje op je SUP door de mooie villawijk en bekijk de zonsondergang vanaf het water. 'S winters zit je heerlijk met je warme choco bij de open haard en speel je gezelschapspellen. Aan het eind van de dag plof je voldaan neer in de hangstoel in de zonnige serre.

Bistro en cafetaria ‘D’n Duuk’ zijn geopend. XL speeltuin geopend tm oktober(!) Kleine speeltuin op park altijd toegankelijk. Hygiëne hoog in het vaandel. Recreatiewoning in moderne bouwstijl met mooi uitzicht op de haven, van alle gemakken voorzien. Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De  badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De luxe keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Senseo) en waterkoker.
