Tons of room to spread out: huge living room with fireplace, screened-in porch, two outdoor fire pits, and several sitting areas. There are plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Enjoy your next getaway at Sunset Lagoon!

Remodeled (2015) Wye Mills HISTORIC house, Built in 1880. Privately located on 1 acre on Wye Lake, private lake access for fishing, sand bar, KAYAK provided! There is a GAS GRILL and a picnic table for your enjoyment, as well. This Property in the past was a working farm, still remains of older farm building are located on this property. Please look thru all the pictures provided to give you a clear vision of the property. If you enjoy wild life, Rustic life style , this will be your paradise.

Come enjoy the nearby attractions or simply do nothing at all! We have kayaks/boats for your use right off the private dock. The community has 3 beaches: a private sandy lake beach with a swimming dock, a river-front sandy beach with 15 million+ old shark teeth, and a fossil cliff beach. Fishing! Hot tub on the patio! Bald eagle sightings! Theater Room!

Flatscreen HDTV with Premium Channels. WiFi to use with your own device or use my laptop in unit. 45 min from beach. 20 minutes to Dover. 4 parks with walking paths within 10 miles. Close to Dover Air Force Base but not in flight path. Well behaved social pets with responsible owners are welcome!

Enjoy the fresh-water lake, with boating, swimming, fishing, and raft lounging from private dock or neighborhood beach; enjoy getting your feet in the sand and finding fossil shark's teeth at the neighborhood or local state park beaches; pickle ball and tennis courts; grill and lounge on the deck with a leaf-view and hot tub.
