The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Western Culture Farmstead is located 1 mile outside of Paonia, close enough to ride your bike. Enjoy some private time hanging out with the baby goats, they are very therapeutic & love a snuggle!

If you are looking for a peaceful spot, this is it! Only 6 minutes from Crawford Reservoir, 10 minutes from Needle Rock, 10 minutes from Hotchkiss and only a few miles from the North Rim entrance of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. I love this home so much and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do! Please, no pets allowed.

The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Best for 4 guests comfortable roll away bed for 5.
