Ogden View Manor, Unit 1. (Totally Private Unit)

Located in the heart of Escanaba's most historical neighborhood, Ogden View Manor is one of many homes built in the area between 1860 and 1900. Timber Barons wanted to live close to the waterfront for convenience when shipping their products. Nearby Ludington Park, on the water’s edge of Little Bay de Noc was home to the original shipping port. A 3rd-floor servant’s quarters and doors with curly maple on one side and quarter-sawn oak on the other are a few features of this home.

In the over 1600 sf apartment there is a large master bedroom, a master bath with walk in shower, half bath, well equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. TV and high speed internet included. *Due to severe family allergies we cannot accommodate any pets at all.

Here is a well kept secret. Situated on the second floor of the historic Ogden House less than a block from beautiful Ludington Park in Escanaba. We are situated in the middle of Escanaba's most historical district; a mere few blocks to some fine restaurants, brew pubs, and a wide selection of live music through the summer months in the Ludington Park area.
