Newly remodeled house across the street from the lake. Unobstructed lake access and view. Perfect for getaways, or those in between homes. One of 7 homes that can be short or several month rentals. This house is completely remodeled with central heating and air. It has covered parking for 2 vehicles. Enjoy the lake to its fullest. Access to our private dock. Bring your boat and tie to the dock for the duration of your stay. Enjoy the sunset which are amazing with family and friends.

Quaint Cozy Lake Front Cottage

Quaint lake front cottage. Curl up in front of the fireplace in the winter or sit out on the patio and watch the sunset in the summer. Easy access to Little Elm Boat ramp and Little Elm Beach. 2 minutes from restaurants, bars, and the new indoor waterpark. Lake front view, pull your boat up on the shore and walk back inside the cottage! Pets allowed + $50 addtl cleaning fees. WiFi and DIRECTV included. 7% Local Hotel Tax will be added POST booking, please calculate based on nightly rate.

Place by the lake

East facing, don't just wake up to an amazing sunrise, but also a beautiful lake view. Very tranquil. A place to escape, but still close to the cities and its football games, Dallas stadium. The property is located on the lake, it has space to park a boat with a 2 min drive to public boat ramp. Great spot for fishing! Eventhough my kids grew up here, this is not a child friendly home. There is no fence from house lake, the stairs not have standard rails. Do contact me with questions.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

This beautiful Lakehouse has a spacious patio and picturesque view of the lake; perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee/tea/wine, and watching the sunrise over the lake. Let the little ones run wild in the 1/2-acre backyard.
