Welcome to my home in the heart of the city. Your space is a renovated basement in my home, which includes; living room with cable TV. Bedroom #! with queen bed. Non conforming Bedroom #2 with a daybed with pop-up trundle unit. One full bath, which is located off the smaller bedroom, access is thru that bedroom. Kitchenette, pub table with stools. Sliding door with lock @ foot of stairs leading into the apartment. Shared backdoor entrance with coded lock. Close to everything Denver.

An enjoyable home for your next visit to Denver. Enjoy mountain views, watch a movie on the home theater, or kick back in a toasty hot tub surrounded by pine trees. Located near Tennyson Shopping District,Olde Towne Arvada, and Inspiration Point Park.Easy access to I-70 means just 25 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Denver. Please note: we have two kids, and since we live upstairs you will hear some footsteps and other noise during the day, but night-time is calm and quiet.

Private lower level 2 bedroom suite

NOT 420 (marijuana) friendly. Our private ground level suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, access to a coffee bar (kitchenette) and a living room area. It is roomy, comfortable and clean. We live upstairs and rent the finished basement. Common areas include the back door, back yard and laundry room. Our house is in an upscale neighborhood, convenient location close to public transportation and off-street parking. the ceilings are low, so extra tall people (over 6'1") will be inconvenienced.

Carriage house on the alley. Denver Short Term Rental License No.: 2019-BFN-005180. Quiet neighborhood close to downtown, the sports venues and Meow Wolf. Walk to Sloan's Lake, Edgewater, Berkley and Highlands. Sleeps up to 6. Queen size adjustable bed in bedroom, Queen and Full size Lazy-boy sofa sleepers. Base rate is double occupancy, small charge ($10) for each additional guest. Off street parking for two cars right at the door.

Your space is in the basement of our home with a private keyless entrance and includes a private off street parking spot. Lyft or Uber, are never more than a one or two minute wait. Downtown is within a 20 minute walk. Smoking is allowed outside (420 friendly). Your suite is self contained with everything you need to be comfortable. You will receive your entry code on the day of your arrival after we have your arrival and departure times.
