Welcome to our charming little cottage set in the heart of Castle Donington, a delightful cosy property providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, with original features complemented by modern touches. Centrally located, 1 min walk to high street. Close to Donington Park Race Track & East Midlands airport. SkyLink bus stop 2 min walk, goes directly to airport. Buses run every 20 mins in the day & every hour at night, taking you directly to the airport, and to Derby, Loughborough & Leicester.

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

The apartment is on 3 floors within a grade II listed building. The kitchen is spacious with a log burner and all the nice appliances such as an American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, range cooker, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The glass-blown staircase leads up to the the snug and dressing room, which is cosy, off this is the bathroom with a large walk in shower and an infa-red sauna. The staircase in the snug leads up to the bedroom which is under a beautiful array of beams.

Rose Cottage is our 1680’s cottage set in the heart of the the Castle Donington conservation area. Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. We live nearby, and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.

Duffield home in beautiful setting

You’ll love my place because it’s 5 mins walk to the centre of Duffield with its pubs & shops & 10 min train or bus into Derby or Matlock. A 30 min drive to Ashbourne & Wirksworth. The house is being renovated so is a little hectic but these rooms are in a separate annex & although not perfect are comfy. Its good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families &pets. We have a dog, cat & children & welcome those with or without.
