Brand new, luxury, fully self-contained Shepherd’s hut, set in its own private area on our farm with outdoor seating area, fire pit and parking. Fully fenced and gated to provide a safe area for your four legged friend should you choose to bring them with you. Wonderful scenery and walks from the door, with popular towns of Buxton, Leek and Ashbourne all a few miles away by car.

SET ALONE IN A PADDOCK , ROMANTIC AND COSY RETREAT INTHE PEAK DISTRICT. All modern comforts, including a microwave, kettle,toaster, CD/DAB radio, Electric, sink+hot water inside hut and a large gas BBQ on the decking outside and 🔥fir pit. Inside is a fantastic wood burning stove or Electric Radiator,you’ll be snug as a bug and a comfortable double bed. At the end of the field away from the Hut is located a modern toilet and shower in a stone building 100m away with a fridge/ freezer. FREE WIFI

The Pepper Pot Cottage at Rushop Hall

Nestling in the fabulous Peak District National Park, The Pepper Pot is tiny but perfect. It is the smallest cottage in the grounds of Rushop Hall but still manages to include a small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a large, modern shower room and toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs The Pepper Pot has a snug double bedroom complete with wood burning stove and views out towards the stable yard. Free off road parking is provided. Breakfast in The No Car Cafe is an optional extra.

The cabins have real bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes, hot tubs, BBQs and a fire pit. They sleep two adults in a double bed. can accommodate Maximum 2 friendly dogs. Based in rural Derbyshire our cabins are hand-crafted to a high standard. Overlooking glorious english countryside. You may have to share the grounds with our resident heavy horses, the rabbits and the badgers to name a few. But if you're OK with that, you have use of your own hot tub to watch them all go about their day. Once you've had your fill of nature from the decking, come inside to a fully kitted kitchen, TV and en-suite bathroom. Not to mention the king size bed. We allow one dog x

Tiny House Trailer by quiet river

Designed and built by me and my sons and grandson in 2016, this Tiny House Trailer overlooks the River Wreake and the grazing pastures beyond. It has a long double bunk bed with a generous single bed beneath. It has a deck over Composting toilet just outside, plus a conventional toilet and shower close by. Camp kitchen available 10 metres away, with basic cooking facilities. We have recently added 240v power for lights and a fan heater but you can still use the 12v lights and the wood stove

Running along the Shropshire/ Staffordshire boarder you can find our Little Blue Hut. Nestled into a hill it offers views not to be missed. Once inside this 'little space' you will feel totally immersed into the countryside, so pack your wellies, bring the dog there's no time to waste with so much to explore.
