Stay active with access to pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes, or relax with a good book from our library. Bring your furry —our community features two dog parks for their enjoyment. For added convenience, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, perfect for guests.

Relax in the country in our 2 bedroom home with views of horses, cows, donkeys, pond with water lilies, and occasional owl, fox, raccoon, deer, and turkey sightings. We are only 45 minutes from one of the top beaches in the US, Siesta Key, 10 minutes from the famous Arcadia antique district, and 15 minutes from shopping and the I-75 corridor that takes you up and down the west coast of Florida. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, look no further!

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
