Studio on Arcadia Historic property

The studio is in a free standing building with ensuite bathroom. Originally designed as an art studio, it has become a guest suite. The yard & outdoor kitchen are shared with the owners, Lucille and some yard cats. The studio has no kitchenette, but a K-cup coffee/tea maker, a bar fridge & microwave are in your room. Glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and a corkscrew are provided. Free wifi and TV are available. You're one block from the historic shopping district. Off street parking is provided.

Enjoy the peaceful wildlife, have a bonfire and fish out your backdoor. No indoor smoking and no animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.

* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre with a small pond! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed as well. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock.
