Public and private beach access within walking distance, and a water taxi (during summer month) to take you to Destin's hottest spots. Easy access to all the hot spots like Crab Island, Destin Harbor Walk, and deep sea fishing.

Walk directly out your door, past the pool and onto the sand! With a short walk (690ft) through the sand dunes you will be relaxing on the beach. This unit sits near the center of Destin but is a quiet retreat on palm tree lined "Holiday Isle". Gated complex. Free parking. Washer/dryer in unit. Granite and tile finishes. This beautiful four bedroom beach cottage is located in the exclusive gated community of Destin Pointe. The home offers a tranquil setting and unsurpassed amenities that include a private lakefront pool for relaxation and entertainment-perfect for sipping your evening cocktails while overlooking the lake, direct lake views for the multiple levels of decks, quick private beach access to the sugar sands of Destin, and three community pools (one with a hot tub and splash pad) for guests use.

ISLANDER BEACH 5TH FLOOR GULF VIEW CONDO - 2BD/2BA

Islander Beach Resort is a 7-story structure of 114 condos on a short 2 mile stretch of Okaloosa Island and sits DIRECTLY on the beach. The building is painted aqua blue and gray, and all units overlook the ocean. There are 2 elevators and lots of parking. Guests can freely access the beach, pool, BBQ pits and parking area (a parking pass is needed), but you will probably spend the majority of your time on our large private balcony overlooking the pool and beach, listening to the waves.

Completely renovated 6th floor, Pelican Beach condo is right on the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, custom bunks and sleeps 6. Located in the heart of Destin in popular Pelican Beach Resort, you will enjoy the beach, the view, brand new appliances, furniture, and updated kitchen. Linens and towels are among the amenities included. High quality mattresses even for the pullout bed. We follow highest cleaning standards.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge.
