Die Wohnung eignet sich bestens für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte, sie liegt ruhig im hinteren Bereich des Innenhofes des Gründerzeithauses in der Westbahnstrasse. Außergewöhnliches Wohnen für bis zu 2 Personen. Industrielles Flair von damals in Kombination mit modernem Interieur. Lichtkuppeln mit viel Licht von oben (abdunkelbar) und freie Sicht zum Himmel. Lebenswerte Lokalität, wohl einzigartig im Wiener 7. Bezirk!

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Der perfekte Ort, damit du dich bei deinem City- oder Businesstrip in Wien wie zu Hause zu fühlen kannst. Die Kombination aus Messing, Holz und Stahl wird durch das Grün zahlreicher Pflanzen abgerundet. Vom Entwurf bis zur Umsetzung stammt das Interior zur Gänze aus unserer Wiener Handwerksmanufaktur, worauf wir sehr stolz sind.

Big penthouse #12 with terrasse and view

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

My home in Vienna. central-beautiful-calm

Close to the center. 10 - 15 minutes walk to the dome. Next to Kameliter market, Prater, Old Danube. Next to important Underground stations. Typical viennese apartment in a typical old house. All new renovated. 2. Floor. Bright room. Nice bathroom with shower. Lift. Lots of nice places in walking area. Good for singles, couples and families until two children. Good restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby.

Cosy central city loft. Balkony. Air Condition

The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.
