The cabin sits 60m from the regional train line, but don't let this deter you. The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Coolmundi Noosa /Coolum Hinterland Verrierdale

Coolmundi, quite country location, rustic cabin set on 50 acres on an old mango farm amongst natural surrounds with abundant bird and wildlife, rainforest walks, cabin is 150 metres away from main residents, short 10 minute drive to Coolum beaches and central to popular holiday spots Noosa and Mooloolaba, Hinterland, not to mention Eumundi markets.
