The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

Mirror motion sensors, plays Bluetooth. NO CHILDREN, TODDLERS, INFANTS or PETS.

Totally remodeled home with gorgeous lake views and stunning sunsets along with lake access.
