Unit has one queen bed and a twin air mattress. Walk outside to catch the bus going to downtown Seattle. Downtown Ballard with great restaurants, bars, and stores about 1.2 miles. No kitchen but there is coffee, tea, toaster and microwave and a full set of dishes and a mini-fridge. ADA accessible. No check out chores.

It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.
