The living room has an electric fireplace, 55” smart tv, and musical instruments to play! Bathroom has an antique clawfoot tub/shower, and there's a large fully equipped period kitchen. Central AC, laundry, outdoor grill. Excellent access to light rail, restaurants and shopping, 6 minutes to the T Dome.

Guesthouse on Luxury Mini-Ranch

Entire Guesthouse on fenced acreage with rolling hills, sports court, firepit, view of Mt. Rainier, horse friends that come right up to the fence. Wonderful property for friendly dogs! This charming studio cottage sits nestled under a willow tree; creating a mood of serenity. The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, & luxury linens. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Spacious parking—only a few feet from the cottage. Whether you’re here for a concert or a graduation, this little house will enhance your visit.

The duplex has been recently updated with all new furniture, appliances, and interior finishes. Decor was chosen with an eye towards vintage nostalgia. Our favorite item is the 1950s jukebox loaded with old classics. It's relaxing to watch the old mechanism hum to life and crank out hit after hit like we just elected Eisenhower. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is reasonably spacious for a one-bedroom. You should have everything you need for a short or long-term stay!
